Concrete pouring is one of the most important moments on a construction site. Before the pour begins, the team must ensure that the required reinforcement, formwork, levels and preparation are ready. Then comes the coordinated process of: 🚚 Concrete delivery 🏗️ Placement 🔨 Compaction 📐 Level control 💦 Curing The objective is simple: Place the concrete correctly today...
A concrete slab is more than a horizontal surface. It forms an important part of the structural system while creating the floor platform for the development above. Before concrete placement, multiple elements must come together: 🔩 Reinforcement 🪵 Formwork 📐 Levels 🔌 Embedded services 🧱 Concrete placement 🔨 Compaction 💦 Curing Once the concrete is placed and...
Beams play an important role in transferring loads from slabs and other structural elements toward columns and supports. Their design and construction require careful coordination between: 🔩 Reinforcement 📐 Formwork 🧱 Concrete 📏 Alignment 🏗️ Structural design When the structure is being built, these elements may appear simple. But together, they create the framework...
Look at a completed building and you'll see floors, windows and façades. But behind the architecture is a structural system designed to carry the building's loads. Columns are an essential part of that system. They transfer loads from beams and slabs toward the foundation. That's why column construction demands precision in: 📐 Alignment 🔩 Reinforcement 🧱 Formwork 🏗️...
Reinforced Cement Concrete, commonly known as RCC, combines concrete and steel reinforcement to create structural elements capable of carrying significant loads. RCC is commonly used in: 🔹 Columns 🔹 Beams 🔹 Slabs 🔹 Foundations 🔹 Structural walls The quality of RCC depends on more than simply pouring concrete. It requires: ✔ Correct reinforcement ✔ Proper...
Concrete performs exceptionally well under compression. Reinforcement steel provides essential tensile capacity. Together, reinforced concrete becomes one of the most widely used structural systems in modern construction. Before concrete is poured, reinforcement must be carefully positioned according to the structural design. Every bar has a purpose. Every spacing matters. Every...
